Hello! I’m Nora Mokhtar. A multidisciplinary design director and a creative leader who has worked across different industries with a focus on digital customer experience and product design. I lead my teams with a main goal to make sure our users’ journeys are frictionless, dazzling and up to standard. Our customers are our most valuable asset, that’s why we are always close to listen and understand.

A good product is one that is differentiated by adding real value to its customer’s lives, that’s the only way it can stand out. As a UX lead in Egypt’s first digital bank, OneBank, I push towards creating all the focus around customer centric solutions, cutting out all the “nice to haves” that would only get in the way of delivering real value. Coming from a background of Engineering, I was taught to always find the real problem by looking for the root cause and this is exactly what I urge my teams to do.
